Child labour is illegal in some countries. Những nước đó thường là những nước phát triển, đặt human right on top of everything! Right? Everyone knows this.
Những đứa nhỏ đi làm models, đóng phim etc. still got paid, cũng phải làm mệt vậy! But they don't consider this is a type of working. So being a kid model, a young actor/actress, young singer etc. is not child labour, not illegal. On the contrary, many people dream about their kids being a performer nữa! They feel so proud if their kids is one of those!
Nhiều đứa nhỏ không đi làm but suốt ngày bị ba má bắt ép đi thi hoa hậu, thi model, đi casting etc. tùm lum, cũng mệt vậy! But, that is not considered to be child labour neither!
Well, of course movies & television shows still need babies and young kids. The entertainment industry for kids still have to have kids (like Sesame Street).
So here are the differences:
- "child labour" is illegal but "child work" is not.
- Well, maybe the environment of where the kids are making money make the difference??? Đi đóng phim, làm model, làm ca sĩ thì sạch sẽ và sang trọng hơn, được trả nhiều tiền hơn nên consider legal! Còn đi bán vé số, lụm bọc nylon, đi làm trong hãng xưỡng không có sang bằng, được trả ít tiền hơn, chỗ làm việc có thể dơ hơn nên consider to be illegal?? Mệt thì chưa chắc bên nào mệt hơn bên nào à nha!
So, nếu mấy đứa nhỏ ở mấy nước nghèo đi làm trong mấy hãng xưỡng mà được trả nhiều tiền ngang ngửa với đi làm model, singer, actor, chỗ làm sạch sẽ sang trọng thì sẽ là legal chứ hả???
kakkaka... thôi, nhảm nhiêu đó thôi, tui dzìa!
